IP rotation is accepted , although each IP also must have a minimal acceptable IP reputation. As we are new to Getafreelancer to get the best freelancer we want a test run of 100,000 emails, we MUST see a minimal open rate of 1% . You will be paid for this test run for 100$ AFTER we have seen the result's the 100$ will be added to the final fee we agree for the complete 36 million email campaign.
