Backlinks - 250 over 3 to 4 weeks

Client has a website that is currently appearing well in Search Engine Results. To further his SEO efforts, we need approximately 250 additional backlinks to his website. The backlinks must be done over the course of about 3 to 4 weeks. We do not want them too quickly, and we will not work with a service provider that uses software to build links. ONLY White Hat SEO techniques must be used. We will require a progress report via email from the successful bidder, once a week. While we prefer working with a US based provider, we will consider reasonable bids from providers who are fluent in English and who can be reached during US working /business hours. Payment terms: we are happy to pay 1/2 upon evidence of the job being 50 percent complete. Balance paid upon evidence of job completion. Details on URL, keywords, and targeted geographic areas will be provided to the winning bidder. Please, only bid if you use White Hat, non-automated link building techniques. This job is for a specific client, and we have several other clients who will require link building in the future. We are interested in developing an on-going relationship with a provider who is experienced, and effective, at link building.
