Angelas and Pauls Backlinks

I need 800 Angela and Paul style profile links. All links should be PR4+, dofollow and permanent. Indexing of backlinks is not necessary as I would want them to be indexed naturaly. Profiles to be created first and few days later links added to increase chances of links sticking. All profiles made will be checked automaticaly for do-follow and for keywords provided, faulty links expected to be replaced. I would want 3 links with anchor per profile where possible, I know some profiles only allow to add one page. Lowest bid wins. Looking for a guy with long term trust relation for ongoing projects.
