Adsense Site (Wordpress) generating $10 US per day

I’m looking for a professional Adsense/Wordpress expert that will be able to create a website for me that will generate a minimum of $10 USD per day over a long period. I’m happy to tell you right from the start that if the winning bidder delivers a quality product and service, then I will be commissioning them for a long list of projects for the future. If they do not deliver, they will not be considered for future work. It is ESSENTIAL that the website fits to the following requirements: - You provide the content and url name, i will claim the url and provide server space. - Wordpress site that is optimized with Google Adsense - Must be 100% compliant with Adsense Terms of Service. This is absolutely essential and not negotiable. If it is not, I will withhold payment and provide negative feedback. - All traffic must be completely free and organic. No paid traffic. - WHITE HAT techniques only! No black hat, no grey hat. Repeat WHITE HAT only! - Any wholesome niche (definitely not Adult, XXX, pornography, gambling, violence, Pharma, religion, or other controversial topics etc) - Keyword research and domain name research performed. - Site configured including any Plugin’s - Original content, which is SEO optimised using keywords. Content will be checked. - Onsite and offsite SEO performed. - Related images included in content, and ensure no copyrights are breached. - Site must be Adsense optimized, but it must also look reasonable. I don’t need award winning design but it must be usable. - Copyright assigned to me in writing at the completion of project. - No auto blogs or any software like that. - Must be able to create a sustained income, with very little ongoing effort. - My Google Analytics code installed on site (along with my Adsense custom channel code obviously) YOUR PROPOSAL SHOULD ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING: - Describe your concept of the website, the niche - You must describe how you will achieve the goal. I don’t need to know your trade secrets, but I do need to know how you plan on going about the task to ensure compliance. (in pm) - You must disclose how you will direct/increase traffic to the site. - You must provide details of how the income will be sustained over a long period of time (12 months and beyond). This includes what kind of work will need to be done by me on an ongoing basis. - Some example sites that are currently operating (but not owned by you) would boost your proposal. After I accept a bidder, you will perform necessary keyword/domain research and tell me which domain name I need to purchase. I will personally purchase the domain name and install it on my server, install Wordpress and provide you with the login details to the account through the wp-admin panel. Only bidders with experienced and feedback from projects in this area will be considered. I look forward to reviewing the proposals. 25% of payment will be made on delivery of the completed site, and the final 75% will be delivered after the site achieves the outcome for a 30 day period.
