AUSTRALIA B2C Fresh Opt-in Email List (HOTMAIL, YAHOO, BIGPOND, OPTUSNET and TELSTRA)

I am interested ONLY in emails from: HOTMAIL, YAHOO, BIGPOND, OPTUSNET and TELSTRA !!!!! I am interested to buy fresh double opt-in email addresses only B2C (Business 2 Customer). The list MUST CONTAIN: - only fresh double opt-in email addresses - only consumer email addresses - not older than 4 months - only emails from: HOTMAIL, YAHOO, BIGPOND, OPTUSNET and TELSTRA The list MUST NOT CONTAIN: - bounced emails - dropped emails - invalid emails - duplicate emails If the list is resulted as valid email addresses from your own sending email campaigns, or the list is opt-in, than that is what I need. I am not interested in old email lists, or email list extracted with Spider software, or email lists bought from other people. I will release milestone only after I will double verify the list(s) with an online validation service. If your list will have more than 10% from not containing list, I am not interested.
