Character Design Art: Modern Female Soldier

I'm looking for an artist to draw a comic book-style character for an upcoming customizable card game. The character is a female soldier, dark hair, well-built, with modern body armor and an assault weapon. She needs to be in the foreground - preferably with an urban background behind her, like a cityscape. Hopefully this is enough to go on for initial samples/sketches!
