i have a fairly straight forward website design in Photoshop, there is a home page, general content page, news listing and members home page. These need to be cut to HTML/CSS using the bootstrap framework, so that the pages are fully responsive. I have had a contractor pull out at the last minute due to family issues, I need someone to be able to step in and turn this around for Monday. I expect quality CSS & HTML. Please send links to your work as well as estimates on time and when I can expect to see first cut on the HTML. This is a very basic design, I am happy to provide JPGs for a more accurate quote.
