A Student Ministry Calendar

I just need a 4 or 6 month ministry calendar template that is not just simply a calendar, but would also provide parents with a snapshot of our events coming up. I will fill all that information in. I just need the structure (background, calendar portion, etc) to do that. Preferably 11x17 size, one-sided. Colors just need to be appealing to middle school and high school students and something that would look good hanging on the fridge for the next few months. Needs to be fresh and needs to have Winter/Spring 2015 at the top and MTP Student Ministry on there as well. I have an example of a template that we've used in the past to give you a glimpse of what we need on there. I can email that to you.
