Develop a city map from Google map (File format EPS and AI)

We need a city map to be developed from google Map, that needs to show few road/area as prominent in small size, we will provide the exact area screen shot and area locations, we will provide sample so you can easily understand the product we need. The Map needs to be 10” by 13“ @ 300 dpi, as in google we don’t get the main road’s of our requirement properly highlighted, we need you to rework so main streets / roads are properly highlighted in this map. We want the out put in EPS or AI file. Again the need is, to highlight main roads and few places. The streets and names needs to be typed form so we can edit delete later. And later provision for pointing a few businesses as Google points in the map search. You can use different colors for highlighting the streets and area names.
