This is a very small project. We need someone to customize a Joomla responsive template that we will supply. The work will include changing the header background colors, change the logo, and some minor menu changes. Its fairly basic. We do not have content yet so you will just put filler info in the template boxes. We will supply all PSD files needed. Payment will be upon transfer of finished site to our server.
