We require a designer to create two separate websites for two separate residential construction projects. We want the websites to be similar to the following page: [login to view URL] Headings shall be "home" "Features" "Floorplans" "The Team" and "Contact" for both distinct sites. These websites are to be fully responsive. There will be some custom graphics work and image editing required. The website is to be completed and fully active by April 15, 2015. There will be no retainer deposit paid, payment will be 100% payable on successful completion of the site to our standards. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences paying deposits through this site.
