Capture Property Prices and Display Price Trends via charts

A responsive and good UX website where: - Users can register using Facebook account (the usual FB plugin) or otherwise - Users can enter property rent/price in the property they are staying currently or stayed in past. basically one page to capture some property price info from user - Viewers can see this collective price information in the form of charts etc. - You will be provided starting list of cities, areas and property projects which should be populated into database. - Any non existing property should be captured from user and made part of existing database. This new property should be available for search next time.
