I need a simple website for donations. It will have some static links and main feature will be on home page. home page will have grids suppose 100(blocks in a row)x10000 (no of rows) so basically millions of cells which a user can buy. These will be placeholders which a user can buy and add to cart. And then simple can buy using paypal. At the time of buying he must upload images for all selected placeholders and then after paying this will come to admin for approval. As he approves those selected placeholders will have those images uploaded by user. No registration needed no ecommerce functionality needed other than this. Provide quick quotes. Budget is no more than 100 USD
