Build a Website

I have an existing website ([login to view URL]) that is written in Weebly, and hosted on Crazy Domains that needs updating to make it look more professional. i'd like it to incorporate the existing material (words, photos etc), however update to align the site to our corporate values of fun, golf, corporate and family. Additionally, i'd like it to incorporate some smarts to ensure the relevant search engines find the embedded metadata, and once done, I'd like to be able to upload photos of future events in myself. This is a fairly simple website currently (about 4-5 pages) of static text and images. I'd like to "jazz it up" a little. I will provide some photos and links to other photos. What you will bring is an understanding of what a golf simulator is, a clear vision of what a website can do, and a clear, crisp website that is still 4-5 pages, however looks more professional. You should also be able to take some public images and ensure that they are reproduced faithfully within the context of the website. I will need to update it on an ongoing basis - so it should be designed in something simple for me to update. I wouldn't expect this to be more than $250
