Build a Multivendor eCommerce Website with Wordpress

I need someone to set up and design a Multi Vendor eCommerce website that is built with WooCommerce and Wordpress. Also, I want separate sellers to be able to post products and sell on this website, and have their separate seller accounts and a system to calculate the commission the website gets for selling their products on our website. I'm thinking of settling payments on a weekly or 2 weeks basis, or have the seller set up the option on this website. Also, want the UI for the Seller and Buyers to be really user friendly. I like the design of FlipKart.com. It has to be a flexible website that fits to all devices. Some examples of such websites are [login to view URL] and www.flipkart.com.
