Build a Professional Website

I am launching a new real estate investment company in the United States and am needing a website that will serve as the forefront of who we are. Our customers: Affluent, high net worth individuals - people who appreciate quality and who expect the best. Who we are: A real estate investment company offering opportunities to investors in residential and small commercial projects. 99% of our contact with our customers will be via telephone, email and through our website. Therefore our website is the only visual tool they have so the site has to exude quality, professionalism (think Trump) – we need the wow factor. Ultimately the site has to be an extension of our sales team that tells people “yes…this is a company I will invest $250,000 with). There can be nothing on the site that appears cheap, cartoonish, or generic. I have attached a spreadsheet that covers most of the content features I am looking for and layout that I have in mind. I am open to anyone taking my vision and enhancing it or letting the creativity flow and go an entirely new direction as long as the general content I need is there and meets my expectation for my customers. While the entire database does not have to be created yet – we can make that a “Phase 2” – I would like to create a dummy login so a prospective investor can go through the login process using a sample username and login so they are able to see the level of detail we will be providing in the login portal. Once logged in to the sample database, as per spreadsheet they will have 2 options – My Account and Property Portfolio. All of the fields on the spreadsheet will need to be visible with one sample client and 20 – 30 sample properties.
