Build Education Site

I'm looking for someone to develop an Admin QTI creator page for me for K-12 education website. The second part is a printable user experience in PDF format. QTI questions allow LMS systems to have interoperability with questions. Please research online if you are unfamiliar. I need the following functionalities: 1. Organize- where will question go? I will need the ability to create and edit the options on multiple levels: -Texas -- Math --- 2nd grade ---- Standard 2.1A 2. Write the question - I should be able to use a text box with a toolbar that has Microsoft Word capabilities (create a table, insert image, formatting, alignment, etc) 3. Choose answer type and correct response -Multiple Choice (1 choice or multiple). There should also be input for WHY each incorrect response is wrong in form of drop-down. Ex. What is 9 + 6? A. 15 (correct) B. 54 (chose wrong operation) C. 3 (chose wrong operation) D. 12 (not computable) -Matching -True/False -Fill in Bank -Essay -Drag and Drop 4. Textbox for re-teaching (in case of incorrect response) -Should have text box just like Step 2. 5. As a separate function (not on same page) I need an export capability that allows user to export QTI FILE based on categories from Step 1 into a ZIP file. Thanks!
