I am looking to start small and then making the site large. I would like users to be able to register and enter details about them selfs. Initially I will export this data and find a match from the list of registered users and email the user(s). Looking to possibly charge small amounts for registration. Not sure best method to go with this but considering PayPal. Once project is on going, there will be more improvements as it gets bigger,
