I am looking a developer with good designer skills that can assist me in with the design and the creation of the html,css & js of a community site. This will be the base for another developer to build a cms. Html and desktop version has been approved I need: css (scss) of the prototype to be optimized Site needs to get responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop & desktop with large screen) Creation of js apis and small functionalities No bootstrap because of its non semantic class names. Availability needed until the end of the project Attached you will find one page of the project. There are 10 like this. I would like to do first a test to see if we can work together. The test consists of Making attached content responsive (tablet, mobile, desktop and large desktop) Check the html code to see if it can be made more accessible to people with disabilities. (optional) Browser support for all mayor browsers (IE from to 8) Js functions of the menu need to be more smooth and cross browser compatible. Please send me the price for the test AND the price for the total project. If the test positive there will be more jobs waiting.
