Application for cause and effect diagram -- 2

I need to create an application capable of dynamically creating and updating the diagram shown in the picture (attachment). This application will be integrated with my software that is developed in WEB language. The programmer / designer can use technologies such as JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc. Important: Please check the details in the attachment before submitting your proposal. The payment will be in two milestones: 1. After the presentation of the screen drawing with the detailed description of the resources that will be used to develop the application. 2. After complete application testing. 1. The application should enable the dynamic and dynamic construction of a cause and effect diagram (top of the screen). Each branch is built as you need it. The contents must be stored in SQL. Each content can be moved easily from one branch to another. 2. The user writes and moves texts in the parent and child branches. 3. All content must be stored in a database. 4. The figure you see should appear as a dashboard. 5. I will integrate this application with my current software. Some of the texts in the figure will be fed by my software. 6. Photos, videos and graphics are already in my current software. The application will link to it (the photos, videos and graphics will be viewed in the application).
