Build a Website

I am interested in creating a website. The site will not be for e-commerce. I am looking to create an instructional, paid-for subscription based web-site using tutorial videos in perhaps a blog-like format. The site will also have a forum. I am still in the design phases of the site but it is something I want to do immediately. Essentially I plan to create instructional videos and blog entries on a regular basis. The unique challenges would be creating certain areas of the site that are free, separate from the paid-for areas; to show each visitor what they can expect to see and experience by subscribing, however other areas of the site must be limited to subscribers who can opt-in and pay for subscription online. After doing some brief research online I see there are a host of both free and paid-for software applications for the tools I will need; such as: screen/video capture and editing (with ability to add voiceover when editing) Online Forum (hopefully with anticipated users of over 100 but with flexibility for varying amounts) I am still in the process of developing my vision and the actual content required for this however I am motivated to make this happen as soon as possible and could make content available ASAP. I am not looking for someone who is a newbie at web development. While I myself only have a basic understanding of web development, I recognize that I need someone who is able to create a solid foundation for my business presence online offering me all the foresight and management now in anticipation of the possibilities that come along with growth, such as: Reliable security; i.e., limit the ability of visitors from copying my videos and content or limiting subscribers from allowing their user credentials to be used by multiple people. Flexibility in terms of allowing my website and business to evolve and planning for this now so that the platforms and software implemented now will not limit this potential in the future. Ensure complete and total ownership of my website in terms of videos, content, etc. I am looking for someone who can make solid recommendations and suggestions; both on the actual software itself and on the web development / hosting end.
