I need a CREATIVE and GOOD designer to make me an app-icon similar to the one which is enclosed, only using the colors used in my logo. The app-icon must be made to be used both in App Store and Google Play when publishing the app. Secondly, I need 6 different icons/buttons for an app: 1 icon indicating "non-conformity" (related to quality) 1 icon indicating "observation" (also related to quality) 1 icon indicating "improvement proposal" (also related to quality) 1 icon indicating "accident" (related to health/safety/environment) 1 icon indicating "near-miss" (also related to to health/safety/environment) 1 icon indicating "improvement proposal" (also related to to health/safety/environment)
