I have attached a draft one page flyer for my business which I wish for some design assistance on. The key features that I am after are: 1. I want the flyer to be one A4 page in length. 2. I am after a relatively clean uncluttered design that is easy to read. 3. I wish to receive a PDF and Word version of the document. The majority of my business material is blue and white so I would like to have similar colours on this design so it is consistent with my website etc. However apart from wanting a clear design I am open to suggestions as to how it would look best.
