Design a Wordpress Mockup

Greetings! (I'm new to Freelancer, but it appears that it's built around project-by-project bids. This is for an ongoing position, not tied to a specific project.) We are a (very) small creative group based in the US, and we're in need of a Production Artist to assist with creating digital and very few print deliverables for our clients. More often than not, you will be taking existing artwork and designing additional deliverables either based on them, or by utilizing an already-created template. For example, we have a client who does a quarterly print newsletter, and we'll need someone who can take the existing artwork and fit the content into the layout. Another more common example of work would be taking style tiles or a home page design and creating either sub-page designs, or something for social media using these assets. Something we'd love as well is if you have experience actually logging in and customizing SaaS and other applications for clients. For example, actually customizing a Twitter profile, or a MailChimp template. The right candidate will possess the following qualities: 1. A fun personality! We're a fun group, and we value working with friendly, fun people. :) 2. A high attention to detail. 3. Expertise in UX/UI design, especially for the web. 4. A well-rounded portfolio that includes both digital and print. 5. A thick skin...as many of our clients are very particular, and so you may receive lots of feedback on deliverables. :) 6. A passion for meeting and beating deadlines. We pride ourselves on delivering timely work to our clients. 7. Very strong digital skills, including prepping very well-organized PSD's that will be simple for our developer to slice and convert to web pages. You will be expected to function inside of our team workflows, which include communicating via Slack and project/task management via Basecamp. We also use Google Hangouts from time to time, so that we can get face-to-face/voice-to-voice interaction as a team. Things we value as a team: - Prompt, clear, communication. - Attention to detail. - Adherence to deadlines. You will work closely with me, the Creative Director, and also our Art Director/Designer, and our developer. The expected workload is low right now. Approximately 10 - 12 hours per month. However, we are making a concerted effort to grow our company's workload, so please be ready and willing to expand and grow with us, as demand grows! We're very excited to see what you have to offer. We are only interested in individuals at this time, and so we want to see work that you have personally done. If you have examples of work you've done where you've designed one element based on another (perhaps, creating a Twitter profile for a client based on their existing website), please provide those as well.
