Design a website 2.0 for managing the recruitment

I want to design (not coding in this phase) a website that can be used by my company to receive, track and manage candidates and job posting. It will be a project of brainstorming with slides and diagrams (what we can do and how we can do it). There will be another project dedicated to implementation. Some ideas can be taken from modern ATS (like zoho recruit, taleo, [login to view URL] ). Minimum ideas should include automatic cv parsing, integration with LinkedIn, etc
