I need someone to do the following: 1.) Create a photoshop mock-up of a site design for a real estate client, 2.) Once approved by the client, customize a Genesis Child theme to match the design. I can wireframe the site and have done a design interview with the client to determine what they need. I need someone to do the graphic design and development of the site. I'll install the theme and configure it and upload the content.
