Build a Website to create charts

We understand that we will develop a web application where user will be able to input the data using some entry from and it will display in a Page and in a graph view as well. The application will consist the under mentioned functionality: Registration Page: User will be able to register into the application. Using the registration form. The registration Link will be available in Log In Screen. Log in Page: After registration user will be able to log in into the application the Data Entry and to review the entry. In the Log In Page there will be another functionality, where at any case if user will forgot there password they can use this. After clicking on this link user have to input there user name using the user name we will pull the email id of the user and we will send an email to the user with an auto generated Password. Review Page: In this page user will be able to find their list of reviews in a grid from the grid they can edit, delete and studies the review. There will be an option to add new review it will redirect to a new page where should be add review with name and details. In studies page user can Add the studies and can review the chart. Queries: Please Specify the difference between Random Effect and Fixed Effect? What do you mean by a,b,c and d in Studies entry grid? We are assuming that we will plot the graph using odds ratio and upper limit but some of the cases in mock-up these are blank. please specify.

I understand that you are in need of a web application that should present data using SQL stored procedures that you create; also it should be login secured with the ability to register new users & should also alow CRUD operations on the data (tables) in question.
