Build a Website - Write content and photoshop images

hello, I have a product I am looking to bring to market. I have a extensive programming background and can do webpage development on my own. What I am looking of is someone with a extensive photoshop background to make a me a logo and custom webpage to help convert leads to sales while I take care of developing our backend.
