Build an Online Store

Spartan Test Prep is a start-up company that will be initially preparing prospective MBA students with their Graduate Management Admission Test or GMAT. We are looking for someone to build a website that will deliver pre-recorded web videos or webinars that will be accessed by paying students. Live chat will also need to be an option made available to assist our clients with their homework-related questions. Students will also be answering online test questions (timed/un-timed) which will accompany the webinars. An important note is that logins must be bound by IP to a single desktop computer, single phone device, single laptop and single tablet device. We do not want our clients sharing logins with other non-paying customers. We will definitely need a payment gateway that accepts paypal and major credit cards and the site must be SEO friendly.
