design newsletter and few other things

HI 1) I need someone that can create a newsletter similiar to what is attached. I need this newsletter created within 1 day. The newsletter that i need will be A4 size back and front. Also it must be able to be printed on an inkjet printer. 2) I have 6 images that I have scanned that I need cleaned up. 3) I have a report that needs to made to look nice and professional. eg nice front page and add a few picture.. Actually not to match graphics involved but more the layout to look nice and easy to read. Point 2 & 3 is not so urgent. But point 1 must be delivered within one day. Please show me samples of your work. People new to freelancer i am willing to give you a go... but show previous work bid price is $30.
