Avery Label Design Layout - MS Word

I need help with the design layout for my Avery Labels template 8293. Attached is the Word Doc. template for Avery Labels 8293 1 1/2" circles. You will see that I have designed to first four labels HOWEVER, I am having issues with them. When I go to print the labels the dotted borders will not print even though you can view them in the "print Preview" in micros0ft word. I would like to have someone format this correctly for me. I would also like each row of circles to have all the same label designs. If Possible, but not necessary I would like another solid line colored border added to each label as shown in the jpg. sample image. Thank You!!
