Hi I have windows server 2008R2 that i used to install php / mysql I have installing joomla in the wwwroot all is fine and i can go though the installation as normal but before i finish joomla installing proccess comes with [login to view URL] writable no If possible someone can assist to make the [login to view URL] is on
