Design document from ready made website

I would like to rename to attributes and remove the twitter, Facebook and instituteforsustainability icons from the bottom of [login to view URL], but I cannot find the code for this, and the sql data for this. Please can you find these and rename "Property Maintenance" to "Website Design and E-commerce" and rename "Cleaning Services" to "IT Support" I need the whole website documented as I need to know how the site has been constructed, I diagram and documented words will help. If possible I need a class diagram.
