Clean, simple WordPress website required

I am in the process of moving my existing Wordpress site ([login to view URL]) over to a new domain, for which I want a new, cleaner, more professional design. WordPress is installed on the new domain, and I have added a very simple WordPress theme ([login to view URL]) which could serve as a basis for a new design. You'd be free to select a different theme as a basis, of course. I'm looking for a simple website, each page of which will include a header consisting of my name, a menu bar and social media icons (I can supply a PSD of how I want this to look.) The first page will be a static landing page, including an image which I'd like to fade / dissolve upon clicking through to the main site, which will be split into 1) an "about" page, as per my existing site, 2) a "writing" page, containing all the blog posts of my existing site, and 3) a "contact" page, all navigable from the menu. In the new design, there will be no sidebars or widgets, etc. I want a minimal, elegant one-column layout, and can provide a more detailed description of this to the freelancer. I'd like to incorporate a couple of elegant serif fonts from Typekit or Google fonts, principally for post titles, and perhaps for the header and menu. I'd like the "writing" page to be set up for infinite scrolling, rather than make readers click through to consecutive pages for older posts. It's a very simple job; ideally I'd like someone who, besides being good with WordPress, has an eye for graphic design and is capable of making the most of typography and colours to create a subtle and refined effect. I'll provide visual examples to help with this.
