Build a wordpress membership Website

I was told to develop a membership site where club members will be required to pay for membership registration in other to receive certain private information. it will be a project that will involve college students and therefore need to be interactive and attractive to that category of persons. Please send me your quote in the shortest time possible. Let me also add that the site would be built on wordpress for easier CMS or any other CMS soft script that can be easily managed by an admmin.
