I need a website built that has a sign up form and login form which populates a member table. There will be a questions table linked to a multiple choice answers table. A new member will sign up and then login and then create a quiz by selecting questions or having random questions chosen and selects a time limit to create a unique quiz. The quiz is stored in a table and given a unique code. A guest then logs in and gives the quiz code to access the quiz prepared by the member. The guest then answers each question in the quiz until all are answered or the time limit is reached. The guest logs out, the quiz is marked and the results are stored in the quiz's table and emailed to the member. Please provide price and timeline for this project. I will slao need to make skype contact with the developer to walk through the code once complete.
