Build a Website website similar to zomato & should be much better

We require a Website similar to [login to view URL] . We are planning to start a website similar to zomato ( a search engine of restaurants ). We will have the data of all the restaurants in the country & we will give an account to every restaurant so that they themselves can upload the Menus & pictures of the website. So when a person searches for the restaurants in Mumbai, we should have the list of the restaurants which should appear in individual boxes one below the other & when we click on these boxes, it should open up the page / account of that particular restaurant which will have the Menu & Pics . We want the website to be much better than zomato ( which looks more like a Blog rather than a website )
