Build a Website to be used by stock traders

I need a website built that can connect to the Philippine Stock Exchange and streaming stock quotes. indicators such as volume, rsi,macd , fibonacci retracement/fan, sma/ema . stochastic oscillator should be available. user should be able to edit chart (put in a buy and sell symbol in any area) and the the following day the website should be able to track user portfolio performance (in percentage, either he is up or down) . Simple and Clean interface please no clutter. I have attached a sample graph. I want the indicator tools clickable on the left side of the graph (where the "eye" is located). the overall look and feel should be very simple and uncluttered perhaps like kickstarter
