Build a Website For People That Need Products/Info/Service

This project is for making a website, which works twards sites which list things people would like to buy (used or new) but cant/dont want to find themself. Our team will work twards people/companies and anyone who wish to buy anything from information to any product by locating such items. Our aim will be to fit into clients budgets, but if we simply cant, we will try to renegitiate a price that both sides can live with once item is located Needed functionalities: 1). Main page that explains what we do in English/Norwegian. We be able to add more languages. 2). Reffer with a link to an external website where they posted information, pictures of a product they would like to purchase. Once we add that same info to our site, be able to show to same project from our site with our own link as a project. Clients should be able to add more information to the link we posted on there behalf, once they get the same link from us so that they can update it with more information which often will be needed due to lacking information with there initial project postings on external websites. This way they should be both able to answer our quetsions regarding the project we may be looking for, which info, pictures, and even more details of needed. 3). Let people and clients post small projects for things/info or services they are looking with full information, pictures, details, what ever that make finding whatever they are looking for easier for our team. 4). Once we locate the product/service/information that the client want, we should be able to send them a link that they can click, and see the item picture, information, and price that client has to pay to ginn thet it. If our price for locating, buying the item with sending is higher due to difficulties to track down or simply more expensive product, we must be able to give a recounter offer that we arent able to meet there max budget, but offer them a higher suggested price. There should either be a ticket system built inn all links, where several people can post there bids that are visible for us and clients. 5). Our team should have its own backend with full options to deal with all projects that we post ourself for free, or that a client posted. We should then use our own websites link with a prewritten email for each of the possible senarios likr: 1) we saw your interesting at this [login to view URL] to buy this project for this prise. We are a team that works with locating such items. 2. We require more information, pictures, and whatever information you can provice. Like incriptions on there current item, info from looks, feel, colors, how many plugs and anything that can be usefull. 6) The project posted by a client should be able to show info as: 1. what item, 2. list many pictures, 3. what there budget is. 4. a msg system between the clients and our team. 5. What country the project is posted from. 6. How long this project will be active. 7. Complete the project by "project finished". The projects posted by us for a client where our own, or freelancers from all over the world, work on should be able to see other sorts of info. Such project may only be visible for our team. If our team is not able to do the projects buy client suggested time, we should be able to move such projects over to the freelancers who will work from all over the world. There will be lots of features to such site. Main idea is, our team will locate and post such projects on our own site in start to use the links from projects to send clients that need products, info on there project aswell as also be able to ask for more info, text, pictures, etc. Once located by our team, accept there budget or offer a counter price.
