I need a detail oriented multi-skilled freelancer (with PHP mysql programming and HTML/CSS graphic design) to finish up the final details of a website. The site functionality is mostly done but some small bugs remain. The display is messed up especially on mobile devices, and needs to be cleaned up. The freelancer should know how to test for mobile devices using Google Chrome in developer mode. I prefer to hire a freelancer who can see all the issues and makes a list for me and does not need detailed item by item requirements. I will pay for the freelancer to put together the complete list of issues to be fixed. Then, the final milestone will be paid when everything is fixed and tested.
