Cut out the background of 1 detailed .jpg Image and give me a layered photoshop .psd when finished

I have a high resolution .jpg of products hanging on a pegboard. I need the pegboard behind the products cut out so that all that\'s left is the hooks and their peg holes and the products hanging from them on a transparent background. In the .zip file I\'ve attached I\'ve included an example of products that were hanging on the peg board and were cut out so that the hooks, their peg holes and the products were all that was left. Refer to file [login to view URL] in the zip file). The .zip file also has a few other examples of ones I\'ve already done that are less complicated and they need to be done the same way. I would prefer the clipping to be done using the pen tool so that the paths are very precise, follow the curves of the products and are very clean cut when finished. When it\'s done I\'d like a layered .psd with the original image on one layer, the cut out version on a transparent background on another and please include your paths as well. Don\'t resize the image at all, just leave it the same size and resolution. You may need to brighten the image while clipping so that you can see the product better in some of the areas where they get lost in their shaded areas.\r\n\r\nI need this completed in the next 12 hours.
