Creative - Website Designer

I am looking for a graphic designer who could produce two website mock ups per request with different layouts. I will not need any revisions in it or anything else, all I will need is the design with the psd files. I can compensation in two ways. Option 1 : If my client liked your mock up, I will go ahead and compensate you $50 for your effort and get the psd file. If my client did not like the mock up, there will be no compensation. Option 2 : Regardless if my client like the prototype or not, I will compensate you $20 for your effort.
