Coupon Magazine Design Expert

Looking for a long term relationship with a designer for our (print)coupon magazine publication. Designer must: Know Adobe In Design Know Photoshop (some files can be created in Photoshop, BUT final layout must be in In Design) Be able to follow specifications for advertisement design. Understand the process of submitting packaged In Design files to FTP site. Have creative design skills Understand magazine (print) design issues Be able to create ads from information submitted in 2-3 days or less. I need quotes for: 1/4 page ads (3.5" x 4.8") 1/2 page ads (7.25" x 4.8") Full page ads (7.25" x 10") See attached PDF for sample of what correct ads/style look like. There are approximatly 10-30 ads needed each month, ongoing. We will pay at the end of each month for all work completed that cycle.
