Convert .jpg files to .dst or .pes

Convert my clients .jpg logo to .dst or .pes. They must be high quality image resolution. ## Deliverables 1) I will own all rights to the completed work. You may NOT distribute them in any way upon delivery. You may not use your mockups or final work as examples of your work if the company name, or logo / client graphics are included. You may not use the final design as samples of your work, or included in your portfolio. For confidentiality reasons, all bidders, including the successful bidder is not allowed to communicate this project to unrelated parties without my express written consent. 2) The agreed upon fees for this project will be the only compensation due for completion of the work. 3) While I am very easy to please, unlimited revisions will be expected until I am completely satisfied with the completed project. 4) This project is considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Under no circumstances is the work completed for me allowed to be re-sold, re-distributed or re-used in any way. 5) The original files NEED to be erased from the successful bidders computer within 1 week after payment is made, unless otherwise specified. 6) By taking on this project, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. ## Platform .pes, .dst
