Turn a "concept art of a head," into a COLOR VECTOR version with detail/shading.

WE HAVE TRUCK LOADS OF CLIENTS AND HAVE SOME 700 MORE CHARACTERS TO DO LIKE THIS. IF YOU DO WELL ON THIS CONTRACT, WE HAVE PLENTY MORE TO HAVE YOU WORK ON. Here's an example concept art of a "head," we're looking to make a COLOR VECTOR version of this. Some specs I'm looking for: 1. being able to keep to the concept art design. (Please see the concept art in the file "head.") 2. Add the professionalism to the design so his curves, and features look cool (NOT JUST TRACING THE CONCEPT ART) We get a bunch of our concept art form kids that can only "kind of draw." 3. Be able to draw a rotation of the head: a. FRONT a. 3/4th FRONT a. BACK a. 3/4th BACK a. PROFILE (Please see the "5 rotations of the character" pic for an example) 4. Be able to do the color & Shading for a teen+ age range which means you must be able to draw the "little details" well, and shade with gradients. (Please see the pic "marvel cast line up" for examples of the art/shading I prefer) 5. About the character: This is a teenager (about 13) that is very much a bad guy. He needs to emit the image of "being creepy" and look like a bad guy. 6. Please submit some examples of your "Comic book style art" we're really looking for artist that prefer Marvel style (Lots of muscles and attention to detail). 7. If we like your portfolio, for your interview, you will be given a paid opportunity to draw the head and prove you skills. This will be drawing one of the "Concept Art" heads, in full color with shading, and you will receive 1/5 of the price you bid.
