Develop Cartoon Style Graphics For Small Game

I am making a small game for a website and an iphone app. I need the attached photos turned into cartoon style .png The different sections of the arm and chair will need to be separate files so that we can animate them. I need the following items drawn. 1: Dentists Chair 2: X-ray on scissor arm 3: Cartoon man & women who will sit in the chair. 4: Background of dental surgery. 5: lightning flash Dimensions 320x 356 I want the graphics to be fun, bright & shiney, in the style of new "Simpsons" cartoon, not exactly the same but bright like that.
