Change script into a Manga short...

I need someone to take the attached script/short story and turn it into a manga short. In the style of Sin City. Black and white, with subtle colors. The price is negotiable based on the time it takes to complete th project. This short is a prelude to another Manga that I have already created. I can provide additional details upon request.
