I'm looking for an illustrator with comfortable with drawing: -Mostly rounded happy children Images -1 intense/ dramatic/ scary page in an alternate "style" -Crowds and people -A not-too-detailed city scapes I need someone who can communicate over skype in written English (bonus points if you speak english well, but that's NOT necessary), because the drawing descriptions are written in that language and we may need to revise works if there are language issues going on. I'm afraid I don't have a vast budget on this project so if you live in a low cost of living area, your bid will probably work out better, but if you bid way over and I LOVE your work, I might be able to rethink the budget a little for your talent so don't be afraid to bid if you live in a high cost of living area.
