I have written 2 whitepapers of approx 5,000 words -- each started as a compilation of 6 articles. I need someone to create a visually appealing design utilizing pictures/illustrations. The final product needs to be a single PDF for each whitepaper. I would expect to agree on the cover based on a number of concepts provided first -- and then the balance of the whitepaper would be designed to extend the concept. I have attached my last 3 whitepapers -- but you have flexibility within the general branding guidelines (general look & feel, colours, fonts). I will need to see examples of your previous work before awarding work.
