Album Cover Illustration

I am an indie artist in the process of creating my third album called "The Illusion of Logic". My real name (and artist name) is John Keenan and this album I feel is my best work to date and I really want to do it right. I had a vision for the title when my friend said I "give the illusion of logic" because some find me a little crazy or weird. Attached is a crappy cover I made to promote for the album until it's done. I would like something very much like it incorporating the human brain. I started looking at optical illusions and I'm not sure if an artist can do those but they are very cool. I'm looking for a custom hand drawn cd cover or artwork done by a real artist, not a bunch of photoshopped stuff like I did.
